We are seeking to grow our internal team with a new opportunity for an Accounting Administrator to join our team based in Landsdale. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this is a dynamic position covering accounting, contracts administration and payroll support where required.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, the scope of work this position covers includes:

Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs

Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping

Respond to internal and external financial queries

Bookkeeping duties using the XERO software

Data entry of supplier invoices

Reconciling of bank accounts including management debit cards

Provide support to the payroll team where required

Monthly payment claims data entry

On-Boarding of clients & employees into XERO

Quarterly returns to MyLeave

Monthly Payroll Tax Lodgments

Purchase order submissions and review

To be a successful candidate the following criteria must be met:

A degree in Accounting or Finance / Management

12 Months proven experience in business administration

Experience in Accounting / bookkeeping functions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, etc.)

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
