About the role

Join the dynamic team at TOOTHSAVERS' as a Part-time Dental Receptionist based in Mount Annan, NSW. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing dental practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients warmly and managing the reception area

Scheduling appointments and managing the dental practice's calendar

Handling patient inquiries and booking procedures

Assisting with patient records and file management

Providing support to the dental team as needed

Maintaining a professional and organised work environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and the dental team

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient with computer systems and software, including electronic patient management systems

A friendly, professional and compassionate demeanour

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Part-time 31 hours

Availability for the following days and hours as mentioned below

Mon- Tue : 12pm to 6 :00 pm

Wed-Thu : 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Fri : 12pm to 6 :00 pm
