About the role

Dental Avenue Parramatta is seeking an experienced full-time Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Parramatta, NSW. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanour

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including confirming, rescheduling and following up as needed

Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Assisting with general administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing and managing inventory

Working closely with the dental team to ensure the smooth running of the practice

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a healthcare environment is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dental4Windows, and Microsoft Office suite

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
