About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team at The Nile Grill And Kebabs' in Eaton, WA 6232. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of high-quality dishes from our authentic Middle Eastern menu
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to efficiently manage workflow and meet service times
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our menu and recipes
• Provide mentorship and training to less experienced kitchen staff

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef in a busy, high-quality restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong working knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and culinary techniques
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
