We're now on the lookout for a Call Centre Manager to lead our vibrant sales and lead generation team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, drive performance, and make a real impact on our business and our clients’ lives.
About the Role
As our Call Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a dynamic team of phone-based consultants to exceed performance KPIs, drive appointment setting, and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.
This is not just a team leader role – it’s a hands-on leadership position where your ability to coach, inspire, and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes will be key to your success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of appointment setters (currently 8 - looking to increase to 12/14)
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met or exceeded
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to support team development
• Manage workflows, dialer systems, lead allocation, and campaign effectiveness
• Troubleshoot escalations and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless processes
• Source, manage and quality-check new lead suppliers and data streams
• Continuously improve call centre processes, scripts, and systems to maximise efficiency
About You:
• Previous experience managing a team in a high-volume call centre environment
• Strong track record in performance leadership, coaching, and hitting KPIs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Knowledge of dialer systems, CRM workflows, data segmentation, and reporting
• Clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly with team members
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
