Your Day-to-Day:
Lead, Motivate and manage a team of telefundraisers to exceed KPIs
Deliver high-quality coaching, call feedback, and training
Monitor performance metrics and drive campaign outcomes
Build team morale and a values-driven culture
Collaborate with senior leaders and campaign managers to smash fundraising goals
You’ll Bring:
Previous contact centre leadership experience (telefundraising a bonus!)
Strong coaching, communication and people skills
A passion for helping others succeed and thrive
Results-driven mindset and ability to energise teams
Confidence in handling performance conversations constructively
