Do you have a passion for Vintage Glamour? Kitten D'Amour is looking for a manager to complete their Parramatta team!

The Parramatta team is well established and are in need of an experienced and mature manager to lead their team.

Overview: Part-time or full-time management role. 30 hours over a 4 day week for part-time, 38 hours of a 5 day week for full-time.

Priority days are Thursday to Sunday with one weekend off a month. One late night shift every second week is needed with the store closing at a 9 on Thursdays.

$60,000 base salary, with up to $12,000 a year in bonuses, plus super, plus store dollars.

Successful applicants will have:

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.

Minimum 1 year of merchandising experience.

A confident and vibrant personality with a strong personal style.

Excellent brand knowledge or desire to learn.

Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to reach store goals and maintain brand standards.

Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.

Have good availability, including Thursday nights and weekends + available to work public holidays and traditionally busy holidays like Easter and Christmas.
