They're now on the hunt for a dynamic Store Manager to lead their Bondi boutique. You'll be the face of the store, the vibe setter for your team and a true brand ambassador for everything they stand for - wellness, connection and confident retail.

You'll Be:

Leading the day-to-day operations of the store - everything from rostering to customer service

Driving sales and hitting KPIs, while ensuring every customer has a premium, personalised experience

Building a loyal community of customers through conversation, styling and genuine connection

Coaching, training and motivating a small team to perform and grow

Overseeing VM and store presentation to ensure it's always aligned with brand standards

Reporting to an inspiring Head Office team who are hands-on, passionate and supportive

Hosting and attending brand and community events from time to time

A key part of the store's success - you'll have autonomy and trust to run it like it's your own

Who We're Looking For:

You've worked in a fast-paced retail environment - ideally fashion, accessories or lifestyle. You could even come from a gym-background!

You're either a current Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready for a step up

You love all things wellness, movement and community

You're customer-obsessed - you understand the little things that turn a sale into a relationship

You've got natural leadership energy - confident, calm under pressure, and able to bring out the best in others

You're happy to work Saturdays (non-negotiable), but we're open to flexibility midweek

You're someone who gets it - a team player with heart, hustle and a whole lot of style
