The Role
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of the flagship boutique. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every client receives a tailored and unforgettable luxury experience. Your role will include driving sales growth, developing team capability, managing inventory, upholding visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s exceptional identity. You will act as a true brand ambassador, fostering client relationships and representing the boutique at the highest standard.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within luxury retail, ideally in fine watches or high jewellery. You will possess a deep understanding of the luxury customer and the importance of creating meaningful, long-term relationships. Exceptional communication, people management, and commercial skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for client service and product storytelling. You will be polished, professional, and able to lead by example in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment.
