Your Role Will Involve:

• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring the highest standard of service and communication.
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance works in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Overseeing rental arrears, lease renewals, and routine inspections with efficiency and professionalism.
• Conducting bond finalisations and representing landlords at NCAT hearings when required.
• Reporting directly to a highly experienced Department Head, who offers ongoing support and strategic direction.
• Enjoying a focused role that excludes trust accounting or invoicing responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• At least 3 years' experience in residential property management, preferably within prestige markets.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise confidently with high-end clientele.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• A proactive and client-centric attitude, with a strong desire to deliver results and maintain long-term relationships.
• A team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for the property industry.
