About the Role:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify psychological, physical, and vocational barriers.
• Provide individual counselling and vocational guidance to support injury adjustment and career planning.
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation or return-to-work plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Liaise with employers, treating practitioners, and insurers to coordinate sustainable outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of clients with varying psychosocial and vocational needs.
• Deliver workplace assessments, job-seeking support, and workplace modification advice.
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes, reports, and insurer correspondence in line with compliance standards.
• Promote client empowerment, self-efficacy, and mental wellbeing through education and goal-directed interventions.

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
