About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, creative, and organised Marketing Manager to take the reins across three brands (2 established & 1 new to market) in lifestyle and professional services.
You’ll step into a fast-paced, founder-led business where no two days are the same — and where your ideas actually get implemented. This is a unique role for someone who wants to combine strategy and execution, creativity and clarity, and bring fresh energy to projects that matter.
You’ll work closely with the Director to refine strategy, oversee freelancers, create engaging content, manage paid media, and track performance — all while shaping B2C brands that truly help people in meaningful ways.
What You’ll Be Doing
Brand 1 – Lifestyle/Food WebApp (Primary Focus):
- Refine and expand an existing (currently simple) marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and free user sign-ups
- Own and execute the content calendar (reels, memes, carousels, stories) alongside freelancers
- Oversee and grow paid media and lead generation programs
- Test new ideas, storytelling angles, and growth strategies
- Track performance and use data to guide what comes next
Brand 2 – Professional Services (Secondary Focus):
- Build a clear marketing strategy from the ground up of an existing strong brand
- Create and manage content across blog, email, and social
- Support client comms and campaign development
- Position the brand as a calm, clear expert in its niche
Brand 3 – Financial Services (Support Role):
- Create aligned educational content to support lead gen funnels
- Contribute creative ideas to boost engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the existing marketing team
You’re Perfect for This Role If You Have...
- 3+ years in a marketing role with both strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong copywriting and social content skills with the ability to turn technical content into easy to digest info
- Experience managing multi-channel (paid and free) campaigns and content calendars
- Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Canva, and email platforms
- An analytical mindset and a love for data-informed decisions
- Excellent self-management, communication, and collaboration skills
What Success Looks Like
In 3 Months:
- Marketing is humming on all fronts with web sign-ups, engagement, and brand momentum building
- Strategies are clear and documented across each brand
- You’re collaborating smoothly across internal and external teams
In 6–12 Months:
- The lifestyle brand has a thriving presence and growing community and revenue base
- The professional services brand is positioned as a trusted authority
- Campaigns are firing, content is flowing, and results are visible
