About the role

We’re looking for a technically skilled and conscientious Marketing Manager to join our inclusive team! Reporting to the National Industry Engagement Manager, this full-time role involves:

Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support LTT’s brand strategy and business goals.

Communicating a clear marketing strategy across the organisation.

Developing engaging content and creative assets for various platforms and managing social media scheduling; website content, design and SEO; automation and CRM systems.

Liaising with external suppliers to organise merchandise, print collateral and other promotional materials or activities.

Monthly reporting of key marketing and service metrics as a member of the National Operations Committee.

Delegating tasks and managing a small remote team of two junior staff.

Ensuring marketing and advertising compliance with industry standards, applicable state / federal government funding contract requirements and relevant Australian legislation.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Experience and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, business or related field

Demonstrated experience in creative design and campaign management

Exceptional English language and copywriting skills

Proactive, detail-oriented and able to confidently lead a small team

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

Experience with software such as ActiveCampaign, Adobe, Buffer, Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office (including SharePoint), Moodle, PandaDoc, Scribe, Squarespace, SurveyMonkey, VETtrak, Zapier (highly regarded)

Experience working with a registered training organisation (RTO) or in service-based selling (highly regarded)
