About the Role…

Forget sitting behind a screen all day—this role is boots-on-the-ground, hands-in-the-action marketing. We’re on the hunt for a creative powerhouse to take the BUSY brand offline and into the real world. Think community activations, pop-up events, sponsorships, billboards, radio spots, and signage that turns heads.

You’ll lead the charge on traditional media, event experiences, and everything that brings our brand to life in the places people live, work, and play. From concept to wrap-up, you’ll be running the show—backed by an epic team and the tools to make things happen.

You'll also roll out self-service tools that help our teams across Australia deliver local marketing magic—like a true behind-the-scenes hero.

If you’ve got a passion for storytelling, love making noise (the good kind), and want to build brand love from the ground up—this is your gig.

What does an everyday look like?

• Rolling out events, activations, and sponsorships that get people talking
• Booking billboards, radio spots, and print ads that make our brand pop
• Managing signage, merch, and print collateral across BUSY sites
• Supporting local teams with easy-to-use tools for delivering their own marketing magic

This role is based at our Southport Head Office full time, on a permanent basis.

A bit about you...

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on traditional and offline marketing channels.
• Strong campaign management and event delivery skills.
• Proven experience working with media agencies, printers, and signage suppliers.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Blue Card and National Police check with no disclosable outcomes
