About the Role
As our Marketing Manager (AU/NZ), you’ll spearhead innovative marketing programs that drive sales, brand recognition, and local market success across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a fast paced role in a results-driven environment, and it requires strong stakeholder management skills and proven experience in leading direct client relationships. You’ll need to be confident navigating the demands of multiple internal and external stakeholders, while delivering high-impact marketing solutions that support both the brand and the bottom line for our Franchise Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement clear, results-driven marketing strategies that are both tangible and adaptable—spanning digital and traditional platforms. These strategies must directly support lead generation, strengthen brand equity, and align with business growth objectives across Australia and New Zealand.
Stakeholder & Franchise Partner Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and Franchise Partners, proactively managing expectations and delivering marketing initiatives that meet commercial goals and network needs.
Client-Focused Delivery: Take ownership of direct client and partner marketing relationships, ensuring tailored strategies that support their business success while aligning with national brand standards.
Creative Content Oversight: Lead the Marketing Coordinator to develop multimedia content (photo, video, written) that brings our brand to life, supports lead nurturing, and enhances customer and franchise engagement.
Brand Governance & Asset Development: Champion the brand across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high standards through the creation and rollout of visual assets, merchandise, uniforms, and marketing collateral.
Digital Performance & Innovation: Partner with our external agency to own the strategy and optimisation of digital channels—including websites, eDM campaigns, landing pages, and social media. A strong understanding of the performance metrics that drive outcomes is essential, with a focus on leveraging data and insights to continually improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Local Area Marketing (LAM) Enablement: Strategically guide Franchise Partners in the planning and execution of integrated local campaigns across digital, radio, print, and outdoor—empowering them to drive awareness and leads in their regions.
Team & Vendor Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing in-house team and external agencies/freelancers—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
Performance, ROI & Budget Management: Monitor marketing performance metrics, optimise campaigns for ROI, and manage the national Marketing Fund with accountability, transparency and compliance in line with franchisor obligations.
About You
You’re a results-driven marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take full ownership of your work, and know how to turn insight into action. You’re not afraid to get in the weeds—whether it’s reviewing campaign performance in Google Analytics, briefing an agency, or jumping in to get a local campaign live.
5+ years’ experience in marketing management, including direct responsibility for digital campaign performance across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
We're seeking someone who can develop and execute clear, results-driven marketing that deliver tangible outcomes and can be quickly adapted if they're not achieving the desired impact.
A data-led mindset with solid experience using Google Analytics and SEO tools to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
Proven ability to manage external digital agencies—holding them accountable while collaborating to deliver outcomes.
Experience working closely with business owners or clients, ideally in a B2B or franchise environment.
Strong Local Area Marketing (LAM) knowledge and the ability to guide non-marketers through effective execution.
A practical, no-fuss attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and digital content tools.
A collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork, with the confidence to influence and the humility to pitch in where needed.
Bonus Points for:
Franchising experience, including experience managing a Franchise Marketing Budget and B2B relationships (not essential but highly valued).
