We provide comprehensive marketing services including campaign development, strategic consulting, and performance marketing.

Due to business growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing marketing campaigns and client relationships.

Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with clients to achieve their business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, campaign management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on client briefs and market analysis

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Analyse campaign performance data and provide detailed reporting to clients

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, and account management

• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and strategic advice

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign development

• Prepare campaign proposals and presentations for new and existing clients

• Supervise junior marketing staff and provide guidance on campaign execution

• Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices

Essential Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or consulting environment

• Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools

• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in client relationship management and presenting to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Must have valid working rights in Australia
