Site Administrators - Organised, Skilled & Ready to Hit the Ground Running?

We're seeking experienced Site Administrators who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong systems knowledge and a proactive mindset. If you've worked in mining before-especially with WAIO-and can jump in with minimal training, we want to hear from you.

Roster Options:
* Role 1: 3 days/week FIFO (Short term role)
* Role 2: 5:2 / 4:3 FIFO (Ongoing position temp to perm)

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in site administration within mining
* Strong skills in Workflow, SAP, and advanced Excel
* Ability to manage rosters, logistics, and site documentation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Safety-conscious and team-oriented
* Preferably EX-WAIO for immediate impact
* Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
* National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
