Location: Boddington
Rate: $40-$45 per hour + accommodation provided if needed
Roster: 8:6 (option for 7:7 with crossover)
Start: ASAP (mobilisation process takes up to a week)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our clients team on a major civil and mining project in regional Western Australia. This role is critical in supporting daily site operations and ensuring accurate and timely administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to site supervisors
• Manage timesheets and log daily machine and fuel usage
• Assist in the preparation of commercial claims and work logs
• Coordinate light mobilisation activities
• Support bus-in/bus-out logistics and accommodation arrangements

Requirements

• Proven experience with Aconex - essential
• Strong commercial acumen, particularly in claim preparation and cost tracking
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a site-based environment
• Must reside in or be willing to travel from Boddington, Dwellingup, Pinjarra, Mandurah or surrounding areas.
