YesAbility is a leading NDIS provider in Western Australia, empowering individuals and organisations to thrive through innovative therapy and support services. We’re expanding across the state and are committed to inclusivity, accessibility, and best practice in everything we do.

We’re seeking a Payroll Officer to manage our complex, multi-site payroll for 50+ staff (including FIFO and regional teams) and to assist our Accounts Officer.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement as we continue to scale our business requirements to meet our commitment to our participants.

Our successful applicant will have 3 + years payroll experience (NDIS, healthcare, or not for profit highly regarded).

Experience with complex payrolls (casual, contractors, FIFO, multi-site).

Strong knowledge of Xero or similar payroll systems.

Up-to-date with Fair Work, NES, and modern awards.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process improvement mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Seeking to be a member and contribute to a strong, vibrant and caring team.
