Join a collaborative and fast-paced team as a Payroll Officer, supporting payroll operations during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring payroll runs smoothly and efficiently for a large and diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing for up to 3,000 employees on a fortnightly cycle
• Managing onboarding and updating employee profiles
• Entering timesheets and processing leave requests
• Monitoring the payroll inbox and resolving queries promptly
• Maintaining and updating payroll processes and documentation
• Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team as required

About You You bring at least 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment. With exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, you're confident working independently and thrive in a team-focused setting.

Please note: You must currently reside in Western Australia and be available to work full-time (38 hours per week).
