Located close to West Leederville, Perth our clients are a highly successful accounting practice which has been established for over 20 years and due to growth the Partners would now like to add to his already successful team with the addition of a (Part time 3 or 4 days per week or Full time) Senior Payroll Officer.

The vacancy:

Process of utility payments, Wages and Super

Responsible for payroll of 35 companies (Clients)

Pay roll tax

Attend to accounting queries and taxes, Banking

Correspondence with Asic

Contract workers and general office Administration

End to end processing of payrolls

Updating payroll records

Liaising with staff and management on queries

Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations

Calculation and processing of LSL, termination payments

Processing pay increases & calculation of back-pays

Various ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Software used - Xero and Myob

Advanced proficiency in Xero and MYOB payroll modules, with demonstrated experience processing multi-company payrolls

Part time 3 or 4 days per week or Full time

To apply:

Must have strong experience within Payroll

Minimum of 3 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients/companies

Excellent communication skills

Be available for Part or full - time working hours

Good computer skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, multi-functional team environment

Good verbal and written communication

Strong numeracy skills, and attention to detail

Experience in processing large volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service

Able to work autonomously and use initiative

Certificate IV in Payroll Administration or equivalent qualification preferred

In return:

Salary of up to $95,000 + Super

Part time hours - 3/4 days per week or full - time
