🚗 Service & Parts Manager
Location: Bunbury
Start Date: Mid to Late July 2025
Hourly Rate: $30–$35 (Negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service & Parts Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This dynamic role involves overseeing day-to-day operations across customer service, technician coordination, parts management, and scheduling.

You’ll be the key contact between our customers, service department, and workshop technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient workflow.

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

40.5-hour week (Includes 45-minute lunch break)

2.5 hours paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer bookings, quotes, job cards, and invoicing

Coordinate next-day technician schedules and parts preparation

Perform vehicle quality checks and ensure service documentation is complete

Handle parts ordering, unpacking, inventory, and sales

Liaise with technicians and customers throughout the day

Monitor unfinished jobs and carry-overs

Seek customer approval for additional repair work
