What You Bring

• 8+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in leadership
• Deep experience with backend systems, preferably in payments or fintech
• Strong skills in distributed systems and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Proficiency in C#/.NET Core or similar modern languages
• Excellent communicator who leads with impact
