What You’ll Do:

• Lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional IT support
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
• Manage critical incidents and ensure smooth escalations
• Collaborate across teams to enhance service availability and performance
• Report on key metrics and help evolve our IS Service Catalogue

About You:

• You bring 5+ years of IT support experience, with a strong grasp of Microsoft tech and mobile platforms
• You’re a natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
