Are you an experienced Diagnostic or Master Technician ready to step into a leadership role?
Join the team at Carwise LDV & Renault, a growing, family-owned dealership in Penrith with a strong reputation for quality and customer service.

We’re seeking a high-level technician to be a technical leader in our friendly team , fast-paced workshop. You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring junior staff, playing a critical role in the continued growth of our service department.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults (electrical, mechanical, electronic)

Lead by example and support other technicians with problem-solving

Liaise with Workshop Controller and Service Advisors as needed

Ensure repair quality meets manufacturer and dealership standards

Assist with training apprentices and supporting workshop efficiency

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge (factory training provided)

What You’ll Need

Trade-qualified technician with 5+ years’ experience

Proven diagnostic skills (Master Technician highly regarded)

OEM training or experience with LDV, Renault, Nissan, or similar preferred

Excellent fault-finding ability with modern vehicles and systems

Strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, and attention to detail

Willingness to share knowledge and lead within the team

Current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia
