MBR Electrical is seeking expressions of interest for a Service Manager to lead our growing service division. This role will commence in approximately 3–6 months, giving us time to identify and onboard the right person for long-term success.

We’re looking for someone with strong commercial service experience who can manage a team, drive performance, and grow our service presence across the Mid North Coast, specifically covering Forster, Taree, and Port Macquarie.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Build new service partnerships and business opportunities

Quote and manage small commercial works and service jobs

Oversee invoicing and ensure timely job closure

Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting to senior management

Manage field staff and subcontractors across multiple jobs

Plan resources, coordinate schedules, and resolve issues proactively

Ensure safety, quality, and profitability across all service works

Support the ongoing growth of the service division

What We’re Looking For

Background in electrical service or small project delivery

Experience managing teams, clients, and service schedules

Skilled in quoting, invoicing, and financial reporting

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software
