We’re on the lookout for a Junior Service Delivery Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and an inspiring team leader – not just overseeing service operations but actively shaping and delivering them.

Your Impact

As a key part of the leadership team, you'll:

Own the day-to-day performance of our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team

Lead by example – answer calls, book jobs, manage scheduling, and support service delivery

Ensure job creation, invoicing, and all admin tasks are completed accurately and on time

Configure and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive informed decisions

Run onboarding, training, and performance reviews to grow your team’s capability

Identify and action improvements to systems, processes, and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in service delivery or operations leadership

Strong leadership and team management skills with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude

Meticulous attention to detail in data entry and paperwork

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Proficiency with service platforms, job management tools, and performance dashboards

A process-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues early
