The Role

Join our small, friendly city based team and take ownership of sourcing and onboarding top candidates for major projects and shutdowns. You’ll ensure seamless new hire transitions while supporting multiple teams, Hiring Managers and the mobilisation team to ensure smooth site resourcing.

About You

• Experienced in blue collar recruitment (white collar a plus) within mining or civil construction
• Minimum 2-3 years in an internal recruitment environment
• Natural communicator with ability to respond quickly to change
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Screen candidates and ensure compliance (e.g. tickets, medicals).
• Maintain and update the ATS system (JobAdder).
• Build and manage talent pools for critical roles.
