About us

Specialist medical and surgical dermatology practice is seeking an additional part-time reception staff member. We are based in Broadmeadow, which is in the heart of Newcastle, NSW.

The successful candidate will be a friendly, positive and enthusiastic person with ability to work in a busy specialist medical practice 3-4 days per week.

On the job training will be provided for software and other systems being used by the practice.

Qualifications & experience

Friendly and efficient interpersonal communication

Good time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Willing to learn and support other team members

Reliable

Previous medical practice experience preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

General medical reception work, recognising patient privacy and confidentiality

Receiving and processing payments

Respond to email enquiries

Teamwork and support of other staff

Opportunities to develop more senior responsibilities
