Ballina Rheumatology is seeking a medical receptionist to join our team.

This is a small specialist practice in Ballina, and the position involves working regularly Mon - Wed with occasional assistance on other days to manage patient load / workflow.

The applicant wil be required to undertake general reception duties and will have to operate with a high degree of autonomy. The applicant must have prior experience as a medical receptionist and preference will be given to those who are familiar with Genie/Gentu medical software package.

Strong understanding of medical terminology, particularly in rheumatology, is essential
