We’re looking for an Installations Manager to lead our small team based at our Wetherill Park warehouse. This is a hands-on role that involves both managing the team and actively carrying out wardrobe installations.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinating inbound and outbound freight distribution for the Wardrobe World Network, utilising freight and consignment tracking portals as well as email/phone

Purchasing wardrobe-manufacturing materials from local and international suppliers with the use of SAP

Scheduling contractors and employees for installs

AP/Inventory ordering, including monitoring and ordering stock

Scheduling jobs

Entering purchase orders from builders

Measuring wardrobes, both off plan and physically

Installation of melamine wardrobes and shelving solutions

Work autonomously to complete installs in a timely manner with precision to ensure the job is completed to the highest standard

Complete installs across Sydney and regional NSW, including North Coast, South Coast and Hunter Region.

As the successful candidate you will have:

Proven experience with installations or a background in carpentry or cabinet making, particularly working with melamine products

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar Logistics/Operations role

Experience within building, trades or construction environments or B2B/dealer networks

Strong capability using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and preferably SAP experience

A current white card for the state of NSW is highly regarded

Proven attention to detail to ensure quality of the work is to the required standard

Positive, hardworking and driven
