· Manage the end-to-end ICT strategy for the ESL division.

· Lead the integration of ESL systems with retail POS platforms.

· Oversee cloud / on-premises infrastructure used to manage ESL installations.

· Develop and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and support systems for ESL deployment.

· Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of all ESL ICT operations.

· Provide technical leadership across customer installations, upgrades, and POCs.

· Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations relating to ESL systems.

· Liaise with clients (Coles, Woolworths, Officeworks, Metcash) to assess requirements and support successful delivery.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to meet project deadlines.

· Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the ESL team.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs for system operations and customer support.

· Track and report on account performance, technical delivery, and business expenses.
