Change Specialist – Standalone Role | Strategy & Transformation Focus
Shape the role your way | Report into Director of Strategy | Broad stakeholder group
Join a dynamic organisation undergoing transformation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling change across a wide range of strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy, this is a standalone position that offers significant scope to influence how change is delivered across brand, pricing, analytics, risk, compliance, and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and embed change initiatives aligned to strategic programs and customer mindset transformation;
- Work consultatively with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new ecosystems, processes and behaviours;
- Develop and execute change plans using structured methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR);
- Facilitate constructive conversations to support capability uplift and mindset shift across teams; and
- Engage a wide range of business units to ensure consistent messaging and change alignment.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering change across cross-functional projects – not just IT;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly at the senior level;
- Technical and/or analytical background preferred to understand complex environments;
- Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change accreditation;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, confident style; and
- A consultative approach – influential without being forceful.
