About these role:

• Managing a portfolio of casualty claims either with the support of a Senior and a Team Leader, or being the Senior
• As a senior, providing feedback to underwriters, upskill and mentor more junior members, lead training sessions, conducting file reviews, and supporting the Team Leader
• Assessing coverage and reserves
• Being part of a team that endorses the culture of work/life balance, with no late hours
• Taking accountability, thinking through any issues, and coming up with a strategy for the best outcomes
• Resolving issues independently (the Senior and Team Leader will be there when needed)
• Understanding civil claims management
• Providing recommendations and advice to your clients
