You’ll be the face of these journeys – collaborating with educators & school leadership teams, planning with our local operations managers & NGOs, working with our risk and R&D teams, and presenting the programs confidently to teachers, students and parents alike.

New business development: You'll be required to answer new enquiries and build relationships from the ground up, developing new business alongside managing existing relationships.

Reputation & Rebooking: This includes maintaining strong, proactive relationships with key decision-makers/organising teachers, supporting the successful delivery of student travel programs, and ensuring the long-term loyalty and satisfaction of these schools.

Client Engagement: Meet school executive to understand their required outcomes, educational goals, compliance needs, and vision for experiential learning.

Program Design: Work closely with our local operation managers, risk and R&D staff to co-create itineraries tailored to the school’s & World Expeditions Schools desired outcomes.

Sales and Promotion: Present to teachers, students and parents about the life-changing experiences we offer – inspire and enthuse an “opt-in” & “inclusive” culture.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales/rebook funnel, manage decision maker communications, identify new partnerships and nurture long-term current relationships.

Travel Ready: Some travel required to meet with schools across the country to present and host student launches and parent information nights.
