💼 About the Role
This isn’t a hard-sell position - SellSmart is a free service for agents and homeowners. Your job is to show them how it saves time, improves the client experience, and helps them focus on what they do best: selling.
You’ll be responsible for:
Engaging your existing agent network and introducing new agencies to SellSmart
Booking and running meetings, presenting the platform, and walking agents through how it supports them and their vendors
Consulting with partners to activate opportunities and drive adoption
Maintaining long-term relationships, becoming a trusted extension of their team
Following a structured sales plan, with warm support from our team and tech stack
🧠 About You
You're someone who:
Comes with an existing network of real estate agents or strong industry relationships
Has experience in or selling to real estate (ex-agent or BDM preferred)
Can confidently present, pitch, and consult with influence
Loves working relationally and building partnerships that stick
Brings a commercial mindset, strong follow-up habits, and a hunger to grow
Holds a driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
