What You’ll Do
Take ownership of sales and account management within your state, with a focus on growing revenue and building long-term client relationships
Work with leadership to implement strategic plans for interstate brand growth and regional development
Act as the face of eSafety Supplies in your state — engaging new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and representing our values
Identify market opportunities, gather competitive intelligence, and recommend new sales strategies specific to the region
Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of experience in safety supplies, construction or industrial sales – industry knowledge is essential
Demonstrated ability to grow a territory, manage accounts, and win new business
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
A self-starter who thrives on ownership and delivering results
Experience working autonomously and managing a geographic region is a bonus
