This role is ideal for someone who’s already delivered smaller commercial or mixed-use projects (around the $1M–$5M mark) and is eager to take on more complex builds. You’ll need to be confident in site coordination, subcontractor management, and driving a strong safety culture. Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, can-do attitude — you don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be open to learning and growth. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you’ll be working closely with a tight-knit project team both on-site and in the office.
