The Role:

We’re seeking a Site Supervisor with a strong background in the industry, particularly with a trade background. You will be responsible for managing multiple renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple bathroom renovation sites

Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors

Ensure all work is completed according to design plans and building regulations

Maintain site safety, cleanliness and compliance

Communicate with clients, suppliers and the internal team

Manage schedules, materials and timelines effectively

Solve on-site issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience in the industry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of relevant codes and WHS requirements

Current driver’s licence

Trade qualifications are a bonus
