The Role
We are looking for TWO Civil Supervisors who have worked on multi-million-dollar infrastructure works. Supervisors with experience on major road, mining or defence projects will fit this company on their long-term projects in Adelaide and regional projects in South Australia and the Northern Territories. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a top base salary to $170k plus a vehicle in a permanent role. Those open to FIFO will be rewarded with 30% site uplift.

The Company
Our client is a Tier 2 civil contractor who have recently won major civil infrastructure projects in Adelaide and South Australia. This contractor gives their Civil Supervisors full responsibility to run their own crew with the support of their strong systems and processes. They also have a low staff turnover rate thanks to a strong workplace culture that prioritises work-life balance and promotes internally.
