Harrietville Hotel Motel is on the hunt for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team. Full-time salary position available, with accommodation provided for the right person!

We will also accept applications from couples where one has experience in Bar Management and the other has expereince in either kitchen hand, houskeeping or front of house hospitality work.

The successful candidate must be someone who has good communication skills, a great team mindset and has experience working in a fast paced bar environment.

Essential requirements:

At least 1+ years of experience working in a bar

Ability to work without direct supervision

Provide high quality customer service

Multi-task a variety of different tasks

Available to work late evenings

Responsiblity when closing the venue

Ability to take direction from venue management
