We serve modern pub fare with plenty of family favourites alongside a carefully curated selection of independent craft beers local wines and cocktails made with care. Whether it’s weeknight dinners family lunches or a busy Friday knock off crowd we pride ourselves on offering something for everyone.

We’re looking for a hands on Bar Manager or Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help us drive exceptional service from behind the bar. If you love good drinks know how to handle a packed service and enjoy leading a team with warmth and energy we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring

Strong bar or floor experience in a fast paced pub bistro or casual dining venue

Solid knowledge of craft beer and wine with experience curating lists and tastings

Confidence in building and executing a simple seasonal cocktail menu

Leadership skills with a hands on approach to managing shifts and supporting the team

Proficiency in stock control ordering and rostering

RSA certified and ready to hit the ground running
