Minimum 3-5 years in similar roles - fast pace environment preferable

Tasks & responsibilities

Head Bar/Barista

Lead and manage skilled team of Baristas/Bar staff

Over See all aspects bar - Ordering and manage all Bar stock / Oversee Rostering/ Training bar staff

Manage COGS/ Weekly Reporting to directors/ Liaise with Suppliers - Have a KPI focus

Build & Manage high volume 60 -70 kg pw with precision consistency

Responsible for managing all aspects of coffee / Bar and maintaining a high standard

Manage Cold brew

Train and educate junior staff with less experience to achieve high standard

Focus on and maintain strong customer service

Excellent Knowledge of Cocktail making - Manage List and develop monthly specials
