The Role
As Assistant Bar Manager, you’ll be part of our opening team and a driving force behind the concept, culture, and creativity of our bar. Working closely with our Bar Manager, you’ll shape an experience that is refined yet vibrant, elegant yet unexpected.

Key Responsibilities

Help lead and inspire a talented team of bartenders and bar backs

Curate and evolve seasonal cocktail menus that are both high-end and high-impact

Maintain slick bar operations: stock, ordering, quality control

Train and mentor staff in advanced techniques, upselling, and service theatre

Resolve guest feedback with confidence and professionalism

Collaborate on cocktail launches, activations, and new product development

Uphold liquor licensing, RSA compliance, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender ready to step up

Passion for cocktail culture, flavour development, and creative presentation

Proven leadership skills and a love for developing people

Excellent bar knowledge: stock management, systems, compliance

A natural collaborator with sharp service instincts

VIC RSA and full working rights in Australia
