The Food Republic Blackburn are seeking a skilled Head Barista to join our well established and talented team.
This full time role is perfect for someone that has a passion for delivering great coffee & wants to take the lead in maintaining & elevating our coffee standards.
As Head barista & Bar you will required to, lead the team of baristas & ensuring a high consistency in quality of coffee, dialling in & maintaining coffee equipment, caliborating with the manager on menu ideas & coffee offerings.
Ensuring a clean, organised & welcoming coffee & bar station.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years experience in a Senior Barista role, experienced in all areas of coffee.

Days of work will be Tuesday to Friday 6.30am to 3pm & Saturday 7.30 to 3.30pm
