We’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Spare Parts Interpreter to join the team from the ground up.

About the Role:
Join a brand-new parts department where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting both trade clients and internal teams with timely and accurate parts advice and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interpret and supply spare parts over the counter and by phone

· Provide expert advice on parts specifications

· Use computer systems to bill, cost, and manage inventory

· Support parts promotions and weekend trade as required

· Maintain a clean, professional counter and display area

· Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Your Skills & Experience:

· Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar customer service role

· Computer literate with excellent attention to detail

· Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

· Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team

· Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge (preferred)

What’s On Offer:

· Be part of a brand-new Bendigo operation with a respected industry employer

· Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + rostered Saturday mornings

· 38-hour week + 2 hours standard overtime

· Penalty rates for Saturdays (T1.5 & T2)

· $32–$38 per hour + super, depending on experience
