We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Parts Consultant to join our thriving Spare Parts team!

If you are an experienced parts interpreter, you'll know what is involved. If you have experience with dealership DMS, factory EPC and are interested in being well rewarded this is the job for you.

What you will be doing:

Phone orders, quotes and enquiries

Internet quotes and sales

Providing parts and accessories to the Service and Sales departments

Preparing and actioning quotes on Triage for the Service Department

Retail counter sales and enquiries

Preparing parts kits for our Service Department

One Saturday monthly, 9.00am to 12.00pm

What you will need:

Previous automotive parts experience, two years minimum, preferably dealership

The ability to achieve maximum gross profit whilst maintaining customer satisfaction

Dealership DMS and factory EPC experience, with computer literacy

Attention to detail and well organised

Good communication skills and teamwork focused
