Versatile is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Workforce Trade and Workforce Co-ordinator. This full-time role is based in Prospect, NSW and will work closely with our Allocations Manager and Commercial Manager.

You will play a critical role in this fast-paced environment with your decision-making skills and guidance. Collaborating with various stakeholders to optimise resource allocation while maintaining a high level of service and quality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure our database of casual employees are rostered on to meet the needs of our clients.

Build internal relationships across all levels

Utilise and understand the software rostering system.

Make alterations to rosters in line with management direction to ensure effective staffing models based on forecasts

Strong administration skills and computer proficiency

Exceptional attention to detail

Exposure to building rosters - favourable but not essential

High level organisation and time management skills

The ability to think on your feet and forward plan

Strong relationship management

Skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Have experience in coordinating services in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
