This full-time Operations & Reservations Co-Ordinator role with Coach Holidays and Tours in Milsons Point, NSW is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our dynamic tourism team. In this position, you will be working with a variety of venues throughout Australia to ensure seamless delivery of our coach holiday packages to our valued customers. You will also assist our Reservations Team where needed.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate logistics for coach departures and tours

Liaise with venues to book accommodation, lunches and attractions

Prepare and send driver instructions, manifests and other relevant information to our coach captains for tour departures.

Provide support to the reservations department where required

Help to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our operations and reservations functions

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in an operations and/or a customer service role within the hospitality or tourism industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, venues and colleagues

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and reservations systems, Excel and Word.

Adaptable and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines

Passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry
