As a Developer-Builder, they combine the agility and responsiveness of a boutique firm with the resources and capabilities of a larger organisation. Their Queensland portfolio includes several high-end residential and commercial developments, with six major projects currently underway in Brisbane.

They're now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of one of Brisbane's landmark projects whilst offering an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile development with a company that values excellence at every level.

The Role

• Project Manager looking after a luxury apartment tower as part of a larger development from ground up - Long term project
• Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
• Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
• Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for commercial construction builders in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years)
• Experience delivering projects north of $50m
• Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
• Experience developing talent
• Experience in managing large teams in a major project environment (In commercial Construction)
• Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
